Pc crashing help please!

Hey guys, recently purchased some new goodies from OCuK and I'm having a few issues.

The items in question are Asus Maximus VII Ranger and i5 4690k.

I've overclocked the cpu to 4.5 ghz, with minimal if any issues really, just finding it's preferred voltage, which seems to be 1.276.

Now my issue is that when I have a twitch stream running and then go to load and play cs go, my entire pc just reboots, no blue screen, just a full on reboot and I have no idea what could be causing it. I've ran all stress tests on it and it comes back with no errors whatsoever.

If you guys have any insight I'd be most grateful.

Try with stock clocks.

It was fine at stock, I think i've found the issue though, I'd left the Turbo on in the bios, so it was further overclocking? Also enabling spread spectrum has eliminated the issue so far.

When you say stress tests I take it this included memtest ?

Yes Joedeath332, well the memtest that's included with the asus ai suite 3. Blue screen just happened. 00000000124 was the code. Afaik that means the cpu needs more voltage? Or the ram? ram is running at 1.5 volts, should I up it to 1.65?
