Pc crashing

My pc keeps crashing all the time or it won't come out of standby mode, this has only started happening in the past few days. i've tryed putting the clock speed back to 3.8 but it still keeps doing it.

I haven't added or installed anything. It seems to be very random, it just freezes and i turn it off at the button. How do i check the event logs?

installed whocrashed and it seems to be the graphics card but no updates for the drivers.
