Ok then for a long tiem now ive suffered random bsod's but they were so rare like litraly 1 a week if that. But today ive crashed twice within 30min and when crashign the pc speaker gets stuck in one long beep.
but the second crash my pc gave me a message saying that my gpu settings ahd been put on low performance due to not getting enough power.
This seems kinda odd to happen all of a sudden when BSOD have never been tied in with gaming they happen randomly and i played games recently without any problems.
i gues i should start running 3dmark etc to stress out my gpu etc.
:EDIT:
also ever since about a month into owning the pc ive noticed its not a very stable overclock. i put it down to the motherboard at the time and desided to continue with it due to all the hassel not being worth it (what a joke abit folded huh?). But it appeasr to be getting worse, i went from having my q6600 at 3.4ghz stable to bringing it down to 2.5ghzs to prevent random crashs over about a 7 month period. Yet it used to pass stress testing ok . which is odd as well.
