PC doesn't completely power down!

Hi recently when i shut down windows once its shut down and my monitor has auto turned off the power stays on my pc the power light stays on!
I have a resonably good PSU a Corsair CX600 and today i changed case as i had just got another one, and the same so i doubt its an earthing issue, on occasions it does turn completely off, any ideas?

I had the same problem. I removed the mobo battery for a few minutes then replaced it and all was well.

Hi thanks may try but i wll lose all my bios settings wil i lose the bios updates as well?

You'll have to redo your overclock settings, but your updated bios version should remain the same. Mine did anyway.
