PROBLEM SOLVED Thanks :D
I recently cleaned my pc from dust and such including areas around the CPU cooler, this required me to remove the Heatsink, I took the CPU out of the socket after this and cleaned the paste off and reapplied to the cooler and CPU.

Now the problem since then I have been having issues, the PC wont post, I had a bad feeling that I had screwed up somewhere, checking all cables were attached, I checked the CPU removing it again.
The Motherboard Pins had been bent and I take it, that it was one of the essential pins.

I just need advice on what to do with this, whether I should attempt to fix it myself or whether a RMA would be a better plan, I did purchase it from OverclockersUK.

Specs:
Intel i5 760 @ Stock
Gigabyte P55A-UD4 LGA1156
----
MSI GTX 460 cyclone 1gb
4GB 1333mhz RAM OCZ Gold?

Thank you.

If you RMA back to OCUK they will simply send it back and charge you postage stating user damage, which would be correct. Unless you meant to RMA it for repair to the manufacturer and/or via OCUK? Then there would be a charge of sort to fix the issue. I would personally have a go at fixing yourself. Just carefully bend them back.

Agree with jaybee, Ocuk will return the board and chrge £10 ~ as this would be classed as user damage, best bet is to try to move the pin back very very carefully.
Or a new board is in order.

Hello guys, sorry for the late reply, just been nervously assembling the pins myself.

I don't know if its Gigabytes mobo design or if Intel Sockets are always like that, but they need to find a more solid design or people like me :P

And yes It worked cheers for the replies lets hope this stays working ;) and I'll be sure to be extra careful next time :)

Another cpu bent pin case lol.

Really must be uber careful when installing CPU's. Very easy to bend the pins and you have no hope of an RMA if you do (well apart from a charged repair).

bahahahaaha
