Im armed with about 300 quid. And my computer is going pretty crap :(

Ive been getting corrupt screens occasionally, Warcraft wont load due to memory errors or something . And basically its sooo sluggish these days.

Current spec is. (an oldy.. here goes..)..

Dfi Infinity NF2 Socket A
Xp2500 (used to run 3200, but seems to be unstable as hell these days)
Geil Ultra pc3200 (bought second hand at the time, sure it was duff, didnt like to overclock like it should!)
6800GT

The thing is, the graphics card is old yeah... but it runs warcraft and CS fine at the resolution i run (1024x768).

I want PCI-E of course, but cant afford a new card :(

For 300, and maybe a bit more on top within the next couple of weeks..

What can i get that is gonna help me boost performance a bit, and be as futureproof as possible.

Would really appreciate some replys. Even if you cant get it around 300, a bit over is ok. so i know what to aim for.

Thanks

This is the best i think you can get.
You might be able to do more graphics card wise.
The 4300 should overclock nicely with the DS3P.
