PC errors and crashes

My computer started BSOD a week ago messages happen really fast. I noticed two features in separate BSOD;

1. nvlddmkm.sys
2. page_fault_in_nonpaged_area

Now instead of BSOD the screen freezes and all I/O devices turn on off simultaneously (they all have LED), it doesn't respond in any way and i have to press a physical restart button. This happens when i try to make a backup to the HDD, halfway through NetFlix films and during BF3.

I'm tinkering but i think i might be making the previously problem evolve into somthing else, i really need help and greatly appreciate it.

I've added it to my signature.

I've done the following:

chkdsk /f /r - no errors

memtest86 (7passes) - no errors

intel cpu diagnostic - green pass

Cleaned registry of duds

removed all virtual memory (latest change)

Restored VM after another crash. Went into EventViewer found Critical Events ID:41 from me rebooting the system by power button, correlates with Error Event ID:6008 which tells me nothing other than the system had a reboot error. What the hell is going on with this rig!! It just freezes, this time i noted the USB devices don't power down.

I've removed the XMP setting and all fatal exceptions have stopped, i'm talking to the manufacturer of these sticks and they say ask OC'uk to RMA them for me. :(

I've found out the combination that causes these freezes and BSOD. It is the XMP with overclocked CPU.

Very annoying, could voltages be an issue, i need an expert to chime up please.

Reinstalled W7 and i have updated BIOS to F14 (wasn't available before). With this i set the following multipliers: x44cpu and xmp2400. When i use the power saving features, i get BF3 crashes from which i an recover with CTRL+ALT+DEL. Without power saving features it doesn't seem to crash. To compensate i have told my PC to Sleep after 10 minutes. I'd prefer to use the power saving features, any tricks?
