Thanks for answer, I have forgotten to add that do I need it if I install from dvds, if yes for what do I need more excatly? For download something or to login because I temporary dont have internet connection so it will be a problem to me

I'm fairly certain that even if the game can be installed via disc, it will need to download and install the relevant patches. Hell, it's Uplay so even if you get lucky and all this is the case, they'll likely have digital rights management tools in place that actively require a connection to the net to verify the game.
