Went to the site, saw the videos, liked the look of it, but was turned off by the overbearing, overcomplicated, and anally intrusive sign-up procedure, which required me to retype my email no less than 4 times, asked for not one but TWO security quetions, as well as all my personal details short of penile length, and, after I had grinned and borne through all of that, had the galls to warp me all the way BACK TO THE FIRST STAGE OF ACCOUNT CREATION and asked me to re-confirm my chosen username! 
Since you've presumably somehow managed to sign up on there, please email them or post on their forums or something on my behalf to tell them that they've lost themselves a potential customer.

it's free not pay per play and what you did wrong was
not check the username email name to see if available is all theres a little box next to it and you can download the game from gamershell.com
took me 5 minutes register hardly a big deal for a free online 3d beat em up.
