My only suggestion would be to look at the Seagate 7200.10 hard disk range and maybe another motherboard.

The abit board has a funny layout, there are SATA and PATA ports near alongside the PCI slot.

Other than that go for it.

Nice spec there, I would change the AB9 for the Asus p5b, has a better layout and is quite popular on this forum.

If you could alter the tower for a cheaper one, you could get a E6600 which is the next chip up from the 6400 and gives you more cache!

Since you're not overclocking I'd say go for a cheaper case (I recommend the Lian-Li PC7 PLUS), go for a Corsair 520watt PSU too, with what you've saved you could get an E6600.

Yeah they're apparently very good quality CPUs that'll be fine for 1 8800GTX. If you were ever going to go SLI you'd probably want something beefier though.

Hows this, changed it in first post.

Will that 520 watt be ok for the GTX card and the E6600 CPU?

Thanks

Good decision, although it says on OcUK "Finally 500W minimum for PSU and 600W+ is recommended." If I was you I would get something bigger, you don't wanna be just safe!
