Pc for my brother

My bro is looking for his 1st pc, he will mainly be using it for cruddy games like farming simulator and its like, needing some advice on a build or pre built systems so something powerful enough but not high end as he has a limited budget of about £500 ( no need for monitor as he plans to connect to his TV)
