Hi guys,
I’ve been streaming and recording some video podcasts (through OBS) using a low-end laptop with the base minimum streaming requirements.
Looking to upgrade to a gaming PC - while I don’t game it would be good to have something with higher CPU for doing basics of streaming (window capture etc) and also do that I can record my video podcast without the annoying hum of the fans from a overheating laptop!
Is it worth going for some of the basic gaming PC models available online (particularly during Black Friday sales week) or is it better building my own and if so what would you recommend I go for?
