PC for TV/General Use

Looking to build as cheap as possible PC for a room upstairs, will be used for movies, so needs 250gb + hdd.

Also, will be used for general use and FM2008 most likely.

Whats the cheapest i can get the base for?

Also on top if possible, a wireless keyboard/mouse too.

Thanks for any ideas, so far ive thought about Barebones, E2140, 2GB OcUK, 500gb Samsung and a 7600GT which come to about £300 with a keyboard/mouse and a DVD RW.

Anyway of getting it cheaper?

Or is that the sort of price range you think i should be looking at? Around £300?

Is the 7600GT overkill, or for the price adequate for anything else that may be needed?

8400 GS will be good for HD dvd and it costs less.
