they are going to give OCuk a bad name for that when its not necessarily OCuks fault, they should state other stuff like PSU for all we know its probably a bad (insert the worst brand powersupply here)

Its true, rants get deleted!! but it is there forum so they can do what they like.
Got to remember this forum is a great advert and you wouldn't want someone saying they had bad customer service on here!

That's my point. His letter is pointing to a biased medium as a reference point on how good the company is, my suspension for posting pretty much goes to prove it too.
