pc Frame drops and other issues

hey all i'm having frame drops on games and on cinabench over heating but not over heating in games

i'm also having frame time spikes

its all ways the same cores that over heat

also the frame line keeps having spikes evan if the frame don't drop

in mid of uploading video footage to show it taking its time

Package power is over 300 watt in one of those images, that be very toasty, even many AIO will struggle with that.

Will wait for the game footage to comment, but in the mean time I'd look in the places (like event viewer) when you're experiencing the drops.

Is it only certain games, or all games?

Does the same problem happen regardless of which monitor you're playing on?

it's a custom loop

most games but sum games its not happening as much and there a few iys not happen at all

games ive notce drops a lot

Is this a new build? If not, has this started happening recently? I would try downloading LatencyMon and checking if a driver is causing the issue. My mate was having issues on a new AM4 build back in the day and it was the driver of the Wifi/BT combo that comes on the motherboard that was causing the issue. Downloaded the driver from the manufacturers page and all was good.
yep new build will have a look at that app

do i leve app just running for abit then post screen shots?
