PC Freeze at Boot?

Hey people

wondering if anyone can shed some light on what might be the problem.

PC is working fine, nothing wrong with it just some issues with bootup.

When I have my USB keyboard plugged into the motherboard the POST screen freezes and won't boot, but when I remove the USB Keyboard and restart it the POST posts p) and all starts up fine.

Can't quite work it out why its doing this, any ideas of what it could be? never read about this problem before tbh

im having the same problem with my Shuttle, its annoying.

however, i think i found something that might fix it.

my main rig, the DFI motherboard has a jumper than u can change to fix boot problems with USB, its something like changing the 5V USB mode.

unfortuatlly my shuttle doesn't seem to have this option so i cant try it out.
but u could check on yours
