PC freeze

So recently started to get a couple of freezes, had a couple in Crysis 2 and just started playing Witcher 2 and they seem more frequent in this, the pc is basically froze and i can hear sound still but it's stuck sound, only way to get from this is to hit the power button, i get no bsod message but i get the windows didn't shut down properly black screen with options to boot into safe mode amongst others, i have looked in the event log and this is what i have found:

Most of my specs are in my sig and any ideas would be apreciated.
 
I actually put the gpu's at stock and still got this problem, have rolled back the driver to 275.27 and gonna try that as i never really had these issues before but i didn't really play the games i am having issues with on previous drivers either.
