PC freezes when idling or browsing internet but passes stress tests. Need help!

It even passes 16 hours long furmark with prime95 stress test, and also memtest. I cannot find what is wrong with this pc, sometimes the freezing too frequent, sometimes once in a week. I tried with overclock and without overclock but no luck. It is completely okay when playing games, watching movies, and stress tests. It freezes only when idle or browsing internet. Not to even mention that I fresh installed windows every month. Here are the specs:
ryzen 1600 with nh 15
some garbage xpg ram cl19 3000mhz 2x8gb
rx 570 nitro
fsp hydro g750
msi b350 pro vd plus

shot in the dark, but try increasing LLC (load level calibration)
it was something that helped stabilise my 5800X in idle/low load scenarios after tuning curve optimizer

When you have done a fresh install of Windows is the problem there from the start ?

it has been like this for months, and I fresh installed windows every month.
