PC freezes whilst using flash

My PC will randomly freeze whilst watching videos on youtube, and also sometimes whilst on the bbc iplayer desktop app. I've tried re-installing flash on the computer but with no success. Is there anything else that I can do? Thanks for looking

Sorry for late reply - using the amd 5800k with integrated graphics - no dedicated card. I tried firefox earlier, happens with both firefox and chrome. How do I check the even viewer?

Critical events are kernel-power - I assume that's when I've reset the computer by pressing the reset button?
