PC freezing 5 minutes after boot

Hi all! I built a PC a few months back and have had an issue since I built it.

When I start the PC in the morning, it will start without issue (although the last few days it has started slowly?) and after about 5 minutes, the whole PC freezes to the point where it needs a hard reset. This happens almost every day. There was about a few weeks where this didn't happen and it is now back. I really am not sure where to start with it because I don't have the ability to swap out parts.

I am seeing some errors in my event viewer previous to today's freeze. I'm not sure if anyone can advise if these could be the cause. Please let me know if there is a better way to show this info.

I started the PC at 8:59 and got a few of these at 9AM:

The speed of processor 19 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
The speed of processor 18 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 71 seconds since the last report.
x 4 in this instance.

at 9:01 I got:
Session "NT Kernel Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035

9:02
Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.

9:03:
The backing-file for the real-time session "NT Kernel Logger" has reached its maximum size. As a result, new events will not be logged to this session until space becomes available. This error is often caused by starting a trace session in real-time mode without having any real-time consumers.

9:03
Session "NT Kernel Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035

And then it froze at 9:06?

I have tried a full reinstall with no luck.

PC:
Device name DESKTOP-8T53BG7
Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700K 3.61 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
ASUS Intel Z690 ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4 PC
Asus GeForce RTX 3060Ti Dual OC V2 LHR 8GB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Not overclocked

Any help would be fantastic! I'm at a loss on this! :')

What power supply do you have ?

Is the memory set yo the correct speed in the bios ?

Any temp issiues ?
Corsair RM750x White Gold Certified 750W PSU Modular

I haven't changed this, I have left everything to standard. Is this something that should be changed?

No temp issues at all :)

Yes memory needs to be set at the correct speed its normally a setting in xmp profile or docp .

More be worth looking in the motherboard manual at bios settings as you may need to change others .

Ah yes, I remember I did enable XMP at build, it had the issue mentioned above. I disabled it and it still had the issue. I have just re-enabled it

Doesn't sound like memory issiues but you could check yhat by downloading memtest and checking.

I would run task manager at start and see if any process occurs that hogs resources and cause non responsive.

Mite be worth checking for a bios up date for your motherboard.

I have done a ram test, all passed without issue. Temps are all ok too. The same thing happened this morning, bang on 9:06 it froze. It seems to be that first-morning boot that does it when it has been unplugged from the wall. I looked at Task manager and all I could see was Antimalware Service Executable sitting at power usage 'very high' CPU etc had nothing taxing running

Tried this and no such luck. So a bit more observing. It will happen when opening a new application. I can open a few or none first thing and after around the 5-minute mark, whichever app I open will freeze the PC. I have tried all different apps so it doesn't appear to be app specific. I'm not sure if this is helpful?

First boot of the day. Or, if I have unplugged the PC during the day and plug it in to boot, it will 9/10 times then freeze. It seems to always be a cold boot.

So I updated the bios at the weekend. Turned the PC on yesterday and no crash/freeze yay! I found that all day and today already Chrome keeps crashing/freezing etc every few minutes which it never did before. I uninstalled/reinstalled and still it keeps happening. Mem test all ok. I did find that the whole PC froze when I plugged my mouse in just after I logged in this morning and needed a reboot. I can send any of the parts for RMA but honestly lost on where to go from here. Nothing in the event viewer from today. I wish I'd bought pre-built now :D

I would be tempted to do a fresh install of Windows then update all drivers, etc.

Have you disabled the advanced sleep states / fast start in Windows?

What USB, bluetooth and wireless devices do you have?

Do you have a spare SSD or hard disk you could do a test install on?
