PC Freezing - Any ideas?

I seem to be having a strange issue when playing COD4 (SP or MP). My PC will completely freeze after around 40min-1hr of playing and I have to restart. I have no clue what the issue is because it only happens when playing COD4.

I thought it may be an issue with temps but my temps are fine, even after heavy gaming my temps are nothing to be concerned about.

Specs below but 4870 512MB instead of X2 since it decided to die.

Any ideas or solutions to this problem?

Try running the game without any OC and see if you still get issues, I had it a while back where PC would pass all stability tests but always crashed when playing CoH, some games manage to find little holes that tests cant, so try everything at stock and report back

Tried it after resetting to stock and still getting the same issue. I have no idea what it could be :confused:
