I restarted my PC and it stuck at the Gigabyte logo/post, there hasn't been any indication leading up to it that anything is failing.

If I unplug all my HDDs it will try to boot, if I plug the HDDs one by one it will boot, then randomly it will stop booting until I unplug any one of the HDDs. Sometimes unplugging the HDDs wont work so I tried unplugging USBs and it will work until I reboot again.

There is no updated bios and resetting CMOS didn't do anything.

I'm guessing my board is on the way out?

Simple restart from warmed up PC or cold boot?
Bad capacitors would cause symptoms more easily when cold.

And that PC is certainly in age when BIOS/RTC battery might start getting empty.

From a warmed up PC. I managed to get it booted and left it on all night as I was worried I'd not be able to get it back on. I rarely turn the PC off so it's never cold booted.
