pc freezing

should these be pluig and go? the ram says 800mhz OC, is that when overclocked?

everytime try to start windows it freezes ,i installed on another pc then swapped harddrive over as it wouldnt install because of freezing!

What voltage is the RAM set at? Seems the RAM supply voltage is 1.9V, you may need 2.0v or 2.1V sometimes, the board may be setting it to 1.8v default.
