Is there anything that can create some type of game library of all the games I have installed?, like xbmc does for movies.

Yes!, steam does it, but most of my games are none steam games. Be nice to have some nicer display, than tiny icons all over the place

Drop shortcuts to your games in a folder. Can't get much simpler than that

Just use grid view on steam and add none steam games to your game list you can even add custom pictures for the games if you want it to be pretty.

You can add non steam games to steam and also add icons to these games.

Its Windows 8 or above, it has 2 screen's classic and tile
