PC Gamer looking for some console action

But I'm not sure which to get basically.

I'm not all that bothered about which is more powerful as I'll have my PC for MAXIMUM GRAFFIXS so I'm more interested in the following:

1. What exclusives are expected for both? Other than the sequel to PS360 games as I'm familiar with those as I have both old consoles.

2. What non game features do each have? Netflix etc... Anything that the PS3 doesn't have?

3. I have a few months of PS+ left with my Vita. Are any non-indy games cropping up for PS+ on the PS4 that would make PS+ worthwhile?

1) There appears to be plenty of exclusives coming in 2015 onwards for both consoles, it really comes down to what type of games you enjoy. You have the likes of Bloodborne, Uncharted 4 & The Order for the PS4, and Halo 5, Tomb Raider & Quantum Theory for the Xbox One.
2) The PS4 now has Sky, where as the Xbox has a freeview box. Otherwise it's pretty much the same as the PS3/360.
3) This month was the first month we saw a full game arrive under PS+ with injustice, and next month we get the Infamous spin off (although not really a full priced game).
