unfortunatly i dont have any suggestions but would be very interested in the results as i could use the same method at work on night shifts and when im offshore

id be very interested in the results of red alert, AoE and RCT as i think 3d graphics would cripple the laptop we have for offshore use

COD2 runs without being 'installed' on the host PC, If you it installed on your home pc, then copy the install files to a USB drive, It should run.... not sure how well though?

Just copy your entire C:/Valve/ directory to a stick/hdd, run it from there once to ensure it works and a game can work. Then pull your network connection, run it again to ensure offline mode works and if it does, you should be good to go :cool:
