Look a very strong build to me! I would want to swap out the fans on the water cooler though because the ones they come with are a bit loud! Just being picky there though other than that its a good build!

Hey akilleazy thanks for the tip! that was something i did not consider! and cant wait to get started!

didn't realise you created two threads. delete the other one. anyways as I said in the other thread:
parts look ok.
but do you actually need 2 ssds? I would use one ssd and one 2TB hdd instead. also are you sure you need your optical drive? you could just download a windows 8 iso file and use your product key to install it via usb

Perhaps he wants to raid them for even faster performance? Not everyone wants or needs masses of storage.

And also this should be in General Hardware, until you get your parts and start a build log, it isn't a project log thread.

The two SSD's might not be necessary but the optical drive is as I have numerous games that require the cd inserted to run. If you have a solution to this I would be glad to hear it!!

with it being his first build, I wasn't sure if he needed a raid array. and I agree with you. my 1TB hdd is nearly empty

and some games you can download and then activate using your key but you'll have to double check which ones though
