sorry for the thread guys just want you're opinion to, but it seems many pc Gamers have got angry over Crysis2 and the Graphics isn't what they expected and newer Games on The pc becoming seriously Boring these days but fallout series Beats the rest at the moment

maybe its aload of trolls kicking up a fuss


many players state they maxed out crysis2 with ATI 5650, Nvidia 280, and lower specifications ??????


maybe we should stop Buying expensive hardware now for PC'S

NO its not.

buying £500 gpu's isnt a neccessity, but neither is buying a ferrari.

I think we need games like Battlefield 3 and Diablo 3 to make PC games come back into fashion again. Other than games like LoL there's nothing new out there...
 
I never played the original Crysis but every time i go on Crysis 2 there are 10's of thousands of people playing around the world. Always someone got to complain about something.
 
Pretty sure World of Warcraft is the most played game in the World, and PC only so I don't think it's dying. Some games are far easier to just play on consoles though, and some people prefer to use something that will always work and have no compatibility problems which PC gaming sometimes faces.

Basically console gaming is better for most due to it's ease of use, but if you wanna play games at their best settings in higher resolutions PC will always win. The thing that is really annoying about PC gaming though is the anti piracy crap that comes with some games.
 
Didnt someone post a thread in the pc games forum about how large the pc gaming market was in 2010?

Point is, its no where near being dead and these threads pop up every week as already mentioned.
