Hopefully someone here can help..
We have a Siberia S200 gaming headset which was working fine using on our Xbox One S using a
UGREEN Headphone Mic Splitter
However it has recently stopped working with the Xbox. The headset was still working on the PC, where the splitter cable is not required, so I assumed the cable has become faulty.
I therefore order a replacement, KingTop 3.5mm Microphone and Headphone Splitter, but the issue is the same, neither sound or speech working on the Xbox. The Xbox shows as the Microphone crossed out, so it is not even seeing it. I have tried on multiple controllers and checked that they are all running on the latest firmware.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
