would you say a good pc with a 8800gtx has better graphic then a xbox 360 or ps3

Absolutely. It's no contest. The Xenos GPU in the 360 is approximately equivalent to an X1800 whilst the PS3's RSX 'Reality Synthesizer' GPU is approximately equivalent to a 7600 GT, IIRC. Optimization of code and differing resolutions make a difference but for the most part the GTX is a far more powerful processor. Whether or not it matters to a gaming experience is a matter of debate.
