PC Having a continuous issue, possibly with RAM?

I first posted part of this problem on TomsHardware, as it states, I have been unable to have my RAM working at 3600MHz, and I am also unable to increase the speed of the RAM without forcing it to restart spotaneously over the day.

Recently I have also noticed over the last few days, it is taking much longer to boot, or needs to double boot, and today for the first time, it refused to post. I turned it off, back on again, and it came up with the yellow boot light, and then suddenly posted and the yellow light switched off.

I checked on the manual, and it said the yellow boot light implies there is a problem with RAM. I purchased all of these parts with Overclockers, is it worth asking for Support for an exchange, and sending this Kit back as I am now convinced it is the root of all the problems I am having, or is there a step that I have missed?

My BIOS Ver is UEFI BIOS Ver.1005, also, so you all know what options I have available to me.

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried one ram stick at a time in all of the slots on the motherboard, it could be an issue with one of the sticks of the ram or a slot on your motherboard.

Just had a read of you post over on Tom's, this is going to be quite hard as it doesnt seem like you are very tech savy.

First make sure your ram is in the correct slots, you can double check this in the manual, but its usually slots 2 and 4 to be used first.

All I can say to you, your best option is to enable XMP / DOCP, make sure its setting your ram to the rated speed of 3600mhz not 3800mhz and the rated timings of 18-22-22-42 that most likely Hynix CJR chips, if its still trying to run your ram at 3800mhz, then you are going to have to maually set the speed to 3600mhz and the initial timings to 18-22-22-42, you can also hard set the ram voltage to 1.35v, you can just automatically expect your ram to run properly 200mhz above what it was rated for, ASUS wasnt the best route to take because they choose to name everything differently to most board manufacturers in the bios.

Next........with 32gb of ram, you are going to have to give the SoC a bit more voltage, and take that up to a total of 1.100v, again I dont know what ASUS call it in there bios, sorry, but in my bios is called CPU NB SoC voltage.

Finally....there is an Infinity fabric / FCLK setting, this needs to be set at half of your effective ram speed, so ram at 3600mhz, set the IF to 1800mhz.
