PC Help!?

Hey guys,

first post so i thought i'd ask something...
I'm currently saving up for a semi decent PC the problem i face is funding there fore i wanted what sort of spec's i should go for with £350- £400 without including the Graphics Card nor the PSU..

I won't be using it for gaming, manily things like Photoshop!... i've got a LCD tv which ill hook it up to using HDMI, i need all the internals eg motherboard, processor, ram, cooling, case......
