bought this pc


went to connect it up this morning and was getting no signal from my monitor , tried the new monitor with an old pc and it was working fine

so the problem seems to be my new pc , it lites up like a neon sun when switched on but just doesn't seem to be connecting to the monitor , anybody any suggestions as my me girls xmas is in tatters as she had been looking forward to this new pc for a while now

As Idleman says how are you connecting the monitor, what type of cable?
Does pc beep or just light up?

vga cable its all i have have

cable is fine as it working the other monitor and pc

pc doesnt bleep at all , just lights up
