Pc help

So when I try to shut down my pc it doesn’t shut down the screen turns off but the fans and lights stay on.I went on a checked device Mayer and there is a usb called Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) and sometimes it says driver power state failure and jsut crashes. Any help I’ve only had it for 3 months and it is the Mach 2

Try the Hardware forum you will get a better response.

A good start would be looking at what youve got plugged in to your USB ports.

I have keyboard mouse and headset and sometimes a controller

If it's a new PC you have bought, contact OCUK and see what they say as you do not want to void your warranty by messing with it to much.

Try with just keyboard and mouse connected, remove any USB sticks/dongles. (if your KB or mouse is wireless, keep the dongle plugged in)
