Did you try to bent it back and see if the board works again?

Its bent flat and I can't get hold of it at all.

try using a bent needle work pin to hook under it to then pull straight the pins on headers are soft copper/ nickel and can be pulled straight quite well.

worse comes to worse you can just carefully cut the pin short, put a plastic cap over the socket and use the other sockets.
