Its cold here in Newcastle this morning, living room temps a cold 16,c > PC idle-24,26,24,29'c > GPU idle-24'c. Time to get the long johns out to get a Health & Safety check 1. buttons ok 2. rear flap ok and wash to get last winters beer, coke, pizza stains out. Due to longer dark nights gaming sessions. ;)

It's much colder in the morning now, which gives me very good temperatures when i first boot up.

Yeah, certainly cold up here :p

My i7 920, standard clock and cooler is about 25-30c, but its near a radiator which has been on all morning :)

Yeh, once my chipset fan broken on by asus board and whilst waiting for a replacement, I would open the side panel and leave it by the window and temps on my CPU were 16C constantly, even whilst playing games :D

Thats why I prefer the winter!

My pc is in a loft conversion, can get 30+ in the summer, so absolutly no gaming for months in the summer months.... wasnt too bad this year...

But I remeber in 2008 I bought my new pc in April and bang, summer started early, hardly used the computer from April - September...

Haha, great thread. Was doing some stress testing on prime95 and occt this evening and left my room window open (by accident) gpu was idling at 33C not bad considering its normally at least 44!

Ah, this time of year again :) - certainly makes overclocking easier. Would love to be able to put a vent from the outside into my intake fans. One day, one day :)

It's now starting to get a bit cooler in Spain. Still just wearing shorts round the apartment mind.

Not noticed any pc temps dropping yet :(

yep I'm down 2-4C on cpu temps as well. I never have the heating on in my room, as went I start gaming, the 4870x2 increases global warming, with the amount of heat it kicks out.
