Basically i moved all my pc to a new case front section had broken, so got my self an nice new case moved it all across no power, then looked back at some pictures i took of where every thing goes managed to move some wires then it powered on everything working so thought great sorted.

So plugged in my moniter and it went to repair mode it did its thing then came with a message saying some thing has been added to the system, it was hard drive id just plugged back in, then it said window.cant start til item has been removed.

Then it just shut down and won't even power no light no fans nothing, unplugged the hard drive tried again nothing, unplugged from the wall then plugged it back in nothing im at a complete loss to what happen, it worked fine before but the case was broken

Unplug the drive you plugged in. You sure the 2nd drive you plugged in didnt have a os on it which the system is trying to boot from first?
Check boot order in bios if you dont want to unplug the drive

Double check the case wires are plugged into the motherboard properly. Maybe putting new part in has made a wire come loose.

Check the motherboard manual and see if the case wires are correct.

Check power 24 plugged in secure, check the CPU power plugged in fully and make sure GPU power is plugged in properly. Basically look over the motherboard for loose wires or wires improperly plugged in.

Oh and make sure RMA is plugged in properly.

as above make sure the case wires are going to the correct pins on the mobo. also noob error i make is when i hold the pc my hand hits the rocker switch on the back of the psu always gets me for a couple of seconds till i realise i got to flick the switch back on from the psu. lol

Like everyone else has said, start with the front panel wires. Check that they match the layout in your motherboard manual, rather than the photos.

Then check all the cables are connected properly and that you've not missed something (it's easier than you'd think to miss your gpu or cpu cables).

Not too bad the PSU off... mine was funny after I found out what happened:
Back in the day with my HD7900, it was connected to the TV/HT I used to play and my monitor.
Once, when reinstalling Windows, all was fine, but at the first boot after install, no image. For some reason, Windows adopted the TV as primary display.
Took me a lot swearing and head-scratching until I Decide to completely unplug the TV.
