I've recently took a break from playing games on my pc, but after moving house ive decided to start again. My FPS in games has plummeted to around a 5th of what it was, for example 60 in cod4, 40 in CS:S.

AMD 6000+ x2
Abit fatal1ty AN9
2GB corsair ram
ati 4850

Since ive started playing games i've noticed that pc is running poorly in normal use too, noticed i had unstable CPU usage in task manager so checked CPU-Z, here are my results:

I googled to see a rough idea of what i should be able to get. the googled results on the left, mine are on the right. CPU temps in speedfan are 48*c.

Is it bust? and it is surely my CPU? please ocuk guru's help me :) thanks in advance

Have you OC'd it? Looks like your clocks are shot to hell. I'd suggest restoring the BIOS to its original settings.

nope, haven't overclocked it. is there an easy way to restore bios? because ive never done anything with bios before.

do you need a floppy drive because the tutorials ive read have said i do

Press 'delete' as the computer is starting this will bring the bios up.... and then theres an option to restore factory settings.

Failing this most motherboards have a jumper on them ( a little plastic thing on some metal pins ), if this is shorted then this usually clears the Bios aswell.
