PC Issue

Hi can anyone advise my new pc wont play games OS in on SSD. Star Citizen is installed on HDD and wont play I get error 0xc000007b. reinstalled game, C++ and Net framework and it still doesn't work.

Even steam struggling to install games. Client is installed on HDD when I try install games I get error (Invalid depot config)

windows is fully up to date. graphics is up to date. using 64bit. windows 7
