I built my PC in July and it was working fine from then until now. The specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6800
RAM: 2x16gb 6000MHz CL36
Mobo: MSI Pro B650M-A
SSD: 2TB M.2
PSU: Kolink Enclave 700W Gold
Monitor: Lenovo G27q-30
OS: Windows 11

Issue: I turned off the PC in the morning after using it and everything was working fine. When I tried to turn it back on, the PC would boot but as soon as I got into the Windows Lockscreen, my monitor would flicker and then lose signal. My monitor was connected to my PC using a Displayport Cable.

Solutions that I have attempted: First I tried booting my PC in safe mode, which worked fine and got past the windows lock screen. I then uninstalled the drivers using DDU and restarted my PC. However it cut out again as soon as I got to the lockscreen.
I then tried using a HDMI cable. My PC booted fine and I was able to get into windows where I installed the latest drivers (23.10.2). I unplugged my HDMI cable and tried my DP cable with a different slot in the GPU but windows came on for a second then I lost signal again.
I tried reinstalling windows but the problem kept occurring.
I was able to RMA my GPU with Overclockers however they returned it after they found no fault with it. They said that they tested each port as well as stressing testing the GPU and it worked fine.
I have tried connecting to my onboard graphics using the DP cable and that works fine and gets past the lockscreen.

I was wondering if anyone had any troubleshooting advice to help me find the cause of the problem.

I guess the obvious solution would be try a different DP cable, since yours might be broken and only semi-functioning.

What BIOS version are you using?

I assume you didn't install any software that might interfere with the card's VBIOS, or with the driver?
