PC issues! help! :) Keeps trying to power up!

Its not actually my PC but somebody I know, and they sent me a clip of it above. They just changed the CPU + Motherboard and it was apparently originally working fine at the place where it was built, booting up fine, but when he got it home it started doing this. He apparently changed the power supply today in case it was that, but its still doing the same thing strangely.

Has anyone got any ideas please? :D
 
Passing this suggestion on :D any connectors especially or just everything I guess?

I'd be thinking perhaps a motherboard fault if it hadn't initially turned on fine and somehow gone funny during transportation back to this guys house.

I'll finally get an opportunity to mess with the PC myself tomorrow and with these ideas I can hopefully sort it!
 
Hi! Me again im afraid :D

Ok ive been messing around with the pc for an hour and also found out some super useful info that i didnt know yesterday!

It turns out that the first day it was build, it turned on fine, drivers went on etc and he was playing world of warcraft with a friend all night. The next day it starts doing what its doing on the video above. Does this change anyones opinions on issue? Im thinking maybe faulty motherboard?

When i first turned it on before, it did start booting up but hung on the windows loading screen, turned off 2 mins later and since then it just does the same thing as on the video!
