hi all my brothers pc keeps blue screen crashing. he sent me screen shots today taken on his phone

the errors on the 3rd line now are

1st crash = IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

2nd Crash = APC_INDEX_MISMATCH

3rd crash = IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

anyone know what these errors are or what hardware malfunction is causing it (i assume its hardware malfunction)

thanks

pc is a gateway machine few years old. intel Q6600 cpu 4gb ram,
all standard and not overclocked. i will get my bro to install cpuz to read the voltage
i will also try upload screen shot of error as there some number at the bottom e.g 0x00001 etc..

try with one or two clicks more dram and cpu northbridge voltage, one or two clicks more than what auto is using

hes not very good on pcs lol i dont think his mb has any overclocking facility think its a basic m/b limited functionality on the setup.. i will get him to try using 1 stick at a time
i think hes using 2gb sticks so prob has 2sticks in atm i will call him in a min and check as hes not picking up his phone atm

he did say however his monitior goes all blue and i think hes using onboard graphics so he could also have a bad vga lead or his m/b is on the way out. .. would that coinside with the blue screen errors?

quick update
voltage is 1.16 ish bit of fluctuation...

ram he had 3gb 1gb-512mb-1gb-512mb-1gb so ive got him to remove the 512mb chips
so how he was it as 1gb-x-1gb-x (x =no chip)
