Hello,
For a few weeks now my PC has been randomly crashing when playing games. When the crash happens the CTRL+ALT+DEL does nothing and the windows key also does nothing. The only way to restart is by manually turning off and on again. I have updated all my drivers and windows 11.
I have checked the event viewer and found this around the time of a crash.

I am stuck on what to do and have been reading various forums and haven't been able to get to the bottom of this. Any help would be much appreciated. Im going to upgrade to a new GPU to see if that helps.
Thanks

I will post some event very things but it doesn't look like it's the main issue. My GPU is pretty old. When it freezes sometime I can hear the game sound or music and I can often move the mouse but everything is not responsive. The fans aren't going too much either. I've monitored the temp and it's not getting too hot.
