Pc keeps crashing time to time..

Hello my pc seems to be going blue screen for a moment then restarts its self while im playing on a MMO...

Have you overclocked the pc?

temps are

GPU - 50c when in the game
CPU round
0 38c ,
1 36c ,
2 38c ,
3 36c

memory i dont know bout that temp..is there a way to find out?
