Hi folks,

Hoping someone can help me out. For some reason my PC keeps crashing when ever i get into a game. It's fine on the menus and cut scenes etc but when the game play starts, it lasts maybe 1-2 minutes then crashes and restarts. I have noticed that the GPU and CPU are having percentage spikes just before this happens but not to 100% more from say 8% up to 30-40% which i assumed was just because the games were launched.
I bought the PC from overclocked 6 months ago and it was a pre-built one so i'm thinking ill have to send it back if i cant get around the problem. The specs are as follows:

Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6GHz (Coffee Lake) Socket LGA1151 Processor
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-25600C16 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit
WD Black 500GB SN750 M.2 NVME PCI-E Gen3 Solid State Drive (WDS500G3X0C)
Seagate 1TB 2.5" BarraCuda Solid State Drive - *System Stock*
Asus GeForce RTX 2080 Dual OC 8192MB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Microsoft Windows 10 Home Advanced - Systems

Any assistance and/or advice would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance!

EDIT: i forgot to mention that it runs fine on the Football Manager games and watching movies/internet usage

What's the PSU?
It that was pre-built suspect it's Kolink cheapo.

Football Manager isn't likely demanding, so failing PSU could tolerate that.
Some 3DMark etc would be one test to use for narrowing down conditions in which it crashes.

Get MSI Afterburner and use it to monitor CPU and GPU temperatures.

You should also run Prime95 to test the CPU and the RAM.
