I have just bought the following based on the threads I have been reading:

1 x Intel Core i5-4670K 3.40GHz (Haswell) Socket LGA1150 Processor - Retail
1 x Sapphire HD 7850 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
1 x Gigabyte Z87M-D3H Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Micro ATX Motherboard
1 x Corsair Obsidian 350D Windowed Micro ATX Case - Black
1 x TeamGroup Xtreem LV 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-19200C10 2400MHz Dual Channel Memory Kit (TXD38G2400HC10QDC01)
1 x Corsair Hydro H100 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler *Manufacturer Refurbished Unit - 90 Day Guarantee

I already have a SanDisk Extreme 120Gb SSD and 2 x 160 Seagate drives, as well as 700 Watt iCute PSU (which has been working well in another machine).

On building and starting machine,it keeps starting up then after 3-4 seconds it restarts repeatedly. The BIOS was left untouched.

I removed the video card but it kept on happening so I then removed 1 stick of memory and it worked perfectly. I switched memory sticks and it still worked, but when I put the second stick in it kept rebooting again, never reaching the BIOS splashscreen.

I took out 1 stick and went in to BIOS and made the following changes to settings for memory chip (in line with the manufacturers recommendations):
DRAM voltage (Ch A/B) set to 1.64 volts (recommended 1.65 but only other option is 1.66)
DRAM Timing Selectable change to Quick from Auto
Channel A Timing Settings changed to:
CAS Latency 10
tRCD 12
tRP 12
tRAS 31

I then restarted it and it ran perfectly with 1 memory stick.
When I put in the second stick it began rebooting again over and over.

Can anyone advise me on what I am doing wrong ( all leads are tight, no shortcircuits)?

Memory stick is in slot 1 second stick is added to slot 2.

Seems that the pins on the CPU socket got bent!

Word of warning to anyone else installing,
Be careful when you insert the CPU that it is the right way round and insert gently!!

Remove Cpu and check to see if you have indeed bent any pins.

So, assuming you are using the 2nd and 4th slots going left to right from the Cpu.
1 stick in slot 2, PC works, add 2nd stick in slot 4, PC does`nt work.
Try with 1 stick in slot 4 and see what happens.
You could also try slots 1 and 3.
