PC keeps turning off

Hi all

I received my new PC last week (Refract Gaming Jade - 1080p/1440p Pre-Built Gaming PC) and all set up fine which was great.

However, the last few days I'm having an issue where I'll be using the PC and it just decides to shut off. Not shut down, as if it's losing power.

It's done this when I've been gaming (Final Fantasy XIV) and also while I've been working on it as well. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be?

When it shuts off, it won't turn back on by the power switch, I have to turn it off completely using the rocker power switch at the back, wait for like 30secs, then turn it on and it will then come back on.

I've tried different power sockets as I thought maybe it was overloading but not sure if that's a thing, I'm pretty new to owning a Gaming PC so not sure.

it's a prebuild, ring ocuk straight away and explain what's happenning. Whole reason you're paying more for it than buying the parts and building is the service you get with it.
