Hi all
A friend of mine has just phoned to say that when he turned his pc on he didn't even get a BIOS just a flashing line at the top of the screen. I know it's a bit of a broad question but what might be the cause of this? And what could i try to get it to boot up just once more? As far as spec goes, i'm afrade it's just a 5 year old Dell, nothing special, basically he just wants to recover his photoes at the least!
