Never experienced this before and I can't work out why it would happen.

I got disconnected just now while playing on the PS3 but noticed all the lights on my router and modem were still on (up/download lights weren't flashing though).

Went to the PC, turned the monitor on to check if i had connection on there to find it had locked up while on the desktop 5 mins ago. As soon as I turned it off all my devices in the house regained connection and the lights on upload/download started flashing again.

I don't even know how to troubleshoot it or what to type into google to even find a solution.

Using an Asus RT-N56U + Virgin Superhub 2 (modem mode only)

Same thing happened to me on monday, every 5 minuets the internet lost connection for 5-10sec and the lights were f lashing as well. Before this I had a technician around, as apprently my signal was low. Best thing would be to, go to VM's forum and post a thread with logs from your superhub. But if it only happened first time, I would wait and see if it happens again.

P.S I'm constantly having technical issues with VM, before 2014 everything was working ok. But this year is a nightmare...

Edit

I forgot to say...
During weekend I had massive pings and rebooting the superhub helped to solve the problem for 5-6min.

P.S I'm on cable, not wireless and I think you'll get better help HERE

Using this thread instead of starting a new one, the same thing just happened again and while this is the first time it's happened since my original post i'd like to get to the bottom of it as its pretty annoying.

Playing Fifa on the PS4 and get disconnected from EA and PSN, check my tablet and phone no connection on those either.

Modem and Router lights are on so I switch on my PC monitor to find it had locked up 4 mins before i turned the monitor on, as soon as i turn it off the pc everything reconnects to the net.

I cant work it out
