PC Lockdown

Trying to configure a PC so that the user can only access a certain website on the intranet.

That bit is easy enough but locking it down seems to be a problem.

I have changed the shell registry key so that instead of explorer it opens iexplore in kiosk mode on logon & changed all the ie settings in group policy so that its locked down completly.

However windows is still accessible as I can access task manager & browse to the whole of the pc via new task.

Is it possible to disable task manager for only one particular user instead of applying a group policy to the whole of the pc?

The problem is if I apply the disable task manager to the whole system then it will be totally unaccessible for maintenance etc.

Any other reccomendations welcomed,

Regards,
